Obamacare is the Law for the Protection of Patients and Affordable Care at Affordable Prices (The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) authorized on March 23, 2010. It is a Health reform that extends and improves access to health care and decreases expenses through regulations and taxes.

One of the most important benefits brought by this law is the coverage of pre-existing illnesses.
